Our Story

Every year, millions of frontline workers start new jobs at retail stores, warehouses, clinics, and restaurants. Their first 90 days determine whether they stay or leave. Yet most organizations have no structured way to track whether onboarding is actually happening — let alone whether it's working.

Our founding team lived this problem firsthand. As regional operations leaders, they managed onboarding across dozens of locations and relied on anecdotes, spreadsheets, and monthly check-ins that always came too late. Turnover was high, manager follow-through was inconsistent, and nobody had the data to pinpoint why.

RampPath Analytics exists to close that gap. We give operations and HR leaders a single, real-time view of every new hire's onboarding journey — across every site — so they can spot problems early, support managers who need help, and build a consistently great first experience for every employee.
